Hotty Toddy to Big Murphy Holloway!

Murphy Holloway’s road to Ole Miss was paved with more than a few potholes and curves. He was coming, then he wasn’t. He was transferring, but then it didn’t work out. Then he came, but was leaving after his sophomore season. In the end though, he was a Rebel. And in his last SEC game, he scored the last point, a free throw that put the Rebels up 66-63. Holloway was deservedly named to the SEC Championship All Tournament Team for his performance.
Murphy Holloway has earned his spot in the Ole Miss records books, the SEC record books and the hearts of the Rebel Nation! Congratulations on this SEC Championship honor. Thank you for every hard fought minute of Rebel basketball you’ve given us during your outstanding career. Your talent and heart are a credit to the Rebel Nation!
